Parenting Retreat in London 17-18/01/2026

About my Retreats

These retreats are small, soulful, and intentionally created to support individuation in parenting — the process of becoming who you truly are, even as your roles shift and change.
Through conversation, reflection, creative practice, and gentle challenge, you’ll reconnect with your inner world — and begin to reclaim the parts of yourself you may have set aside while caring for others.
________________________________________Who This Is For
This is for you if you’re:
• In a major life transition (empty nest, divorce, loss, change)
• Longing to reconnect with who you are now
• Curious about inner work, symbolism, or soul
• Tired of quick fixes and craving depth
________________________________________
What to Expect• Facilitated group circles for open, honest reflection
• Guided practices using Jungian and creative methods (symbol, image, archetype, dream, story)
• Movement, nature, and ritual as ways into deeper awareness
• Space to rest, write, walk, and just be
Each retreat invites you to step away from daily life and toward the mystery of who you are becoming. You won’t be asked to perform, produce, or prove anything — only to show up as yourself.
________________________________________Some of the Themes We Explore
• Archetypal roles in life and in parenting (Mother, Father, Guide, Hero)
• Shadow work: what we’ve hidden in order to care for others
• Reclaiming joy, creativity, and your own voice
• Soul-based development of children and adults
• Boundaries, bravery, and beginning again

The Promise
You’ll leave this retreat with:
• A deeper sense of self
• Language and tools to support your next chapter
• Clarity around who you are — beyond your roles
• A renewed connection to your joy, intuition, and path
• Ongoing group coaching to help you live what you’ve discovered
________________________________________My retreats are a place to return to yourself.
They’re designed for parents navigating the second half of life — those in transition, transformation, or quiet questioning. Whether you're facing an empty nest, divorce, a career shift, or the loss of a role that once defined you, this space is for you.
You’ve spent years being everything for everyone else.
Now it’s your turn.
You don't need to know Jung. You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to bring your honesty, your curiosity, and a willingness to explore who you are becoming now.
I’ll walk beside you.

About Dee

My gift is Holding Space.
How did I land here? It’s been a long and winding path - one that’s taken me through therapeutic work, education, parenting, and deep inner inquiry. For over 20 years I’ve worked alongside children, families, and individuals, supporting healing, connection, and growth. I’ve learned that real transformation comes through relationship, play, presence — and the courage to feel.
I’ve always been drawn to the unseen. To symbols, story, and soul. I’ve worked therapeutically with children in care who’ve experienced deep trauma, supported parents in communities and guided creative healing in schools and residential homes.
I landed here because I believe this part of life — the second half — matters deeply. It’s where we get to shed what no longer fits and become more fully ourselves. Jungian coaching feels like a natural continuation of all I’ve done before, and a powerful new way of working with what is ready to emerge.
I now live on the coast in Sussex, close to the sea and the rolling hills of the South Downs. I’m a mother of two and my own path of individuation has been shaped by motherhood, loss, beauty, and the quiet revolution of inner work.
I believe in the deep wisdom of the psyche.
I believe in symbols, synchronicity, and the healing power of play.
I believe parenting is a portal to our own becoming.
I believe in sitting with the questions.
I believe in the creative tension between structure and flow.
I believe in grace, grief, and the poetry of becoming whole.
I believe we can always begin again.
I look forward to walking part of the path with you.

My Guiding Philosophy

I believe we each carry an inner compass — a quiet knowing — that can guide us toward a more meaningful and aligned life. But in the demands of everyday living, that compass often gets buried beneath the noise of roles, expectations, and survival.
My work is about clearing space to hear it again.
Whether you’re navigating parenthood, transition, or the second half of life, the journey home to yourself begins with three essential ways of knowing:
Imagination. Inspiration. Intuition.
These are not soft ideas — they are powerful tools for transformation. They help you reimagine who you are, reignite your sense of possibility, and realign with your own inner truth.
Everything I offer — coaching, retreats, reflection — is shaped by these principles.
________________________________________
Imagination: The Space to See Differently
• Make room for symbolic thinking, archetypes, and inner vision
• Use story, metaphor, and creative expression to reframe your patterns
• Open to new perspectives through image, movement, and play
• Reclaim the part of you that dreams, visualizes, and dares to wonder
Imagination lets you see the life beyond the one you’ve been living.
________________________________________
Inspiration: The Spark to Begin Again
• Reconnect with what moves you, excites you, and calls you forward
• Discover energy and insight not from pushing — but from alignment
• Explore moments of beauty, synchronicity, and meaning
• Let poetry, story, and nature remind you of what’s possible
Inspiration doesn’t shout — it stirs.
It whispers: “Start here.”
________________________________________
Intuition: The Wisdom to Trust Yourself
• Learn to listen to the quiet signals within you
• Pause long enough to notice what feels right (and what doesn’t)
• Tune into the part of you that knows, even if it can’t yet explain
• Practice self-trust as a daily act of courage and clarity
Intuition is your inner compass — subtle, strong, and always available.
________________________________________
These three principles form the foundation of my work.
They guide how I hold space, how I support growth, and how I help you return to yourself.
Because when you live from your imagination, follow your inspiration, and trust your intuition —
you begin to live a life that feels like your own.
